Membership Expectations and Representation

  • Individuals are required to attend the majority of the scheduled regional meetings and share information with the local shared decision-making committee
  • Representatives include local site members, Prevent Child Abuse Iowa, Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Juvenile Court, and Department of Human Services administration.

 Purpose

  • Develop strategies for the continuation of statewide CPPC implementation
  • Strengthen and make recommendations for CPPC statewide policy and practice changes regarding:
    • Individualized Course of Action (ICA);
    • Policy and Practice Change;
    • Community/Neighborhood Networking;
    • Shared Decision-Making
  • Recommendations and feedback for new CPPC site selection

 Meetings

  • Quarterly and teleconferences as needed
