Income Maintenance Customer Service Center

The Iowa Department of Human Services Customer Service Center (IMCSC) provides assistance over the telephone in completing updates and processes changes for Food Assistance, Family Investment Programs and Family Medical Assistance Programs for existing cases in all 99 counties across Iowa.

The hours of expanded operation are 7 a.m. through 6 p.m., with Spanish speakers available at all times. Please note that wait times between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. may be longer than earlier or later in the day.
